WSMRA August meeting
Greetings Cornerstone;
I regret to inform you that our regular meeting place, Davies #2, has closed, permanently. We have been discussing moving the meeting to a weekday evening and this is forcing us to make the move. Our regular meeting for this month will be Thursday, August 19, at the Looking Good Restaurant and Lounge. The address for the restaurant is 66 Sheridan Blvd., or it’s on the SE corner of First and Sheridan. Dinner is at 6:00 PM, meeting will start at 7:00 pm. We will eat in the restaurant and then go upstairs to the meeting room for the meeting. There is no food allowed in the meeting room, beverages only. They close at 8:00 pm so we have to be timely and succinct with the meeting.
Please try to make it for fellowship and dinner as the meeting room costs nothing if we eat our meal in the restaurant. If the majority of attendees do not eat, the room costs $300.00 per hour.
We’ll give this a shot for this month and see how it works out. If it works well, we’ll do it again, if not, we’ll try something else. Hopefully, some of you who work Saturdays will be able to attend, it would be good to see you again.

Ride – May 23rd
We’ll meet at the Golden Lodge on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 9:00 AM. KSU at 9:30. We’ll take the route we used for the Run for the Gap ride. It’s a good ride and lasts a few hours and there are a couple of fuel stops along the way where we can stop for refreshment and restroom as needed.
Biker Down – Look Twice Save a Life – Awareness Ride 2020
The Biker Down 2020 Look Twice Save a Life – Awareness Ride has been rescheduled for June 14th!
WS March meeting cancelled
Our regular meeting for the month of March would have been this coming Saturday March 21 at the usual place and time. In light of the ongoing public health crisis, the fact that many of our brothers are in the high risk category, and considering we have no critical business to take care of, I’m thinking that this meeting in an unnecessary risk; therefore, the meeting for March is cancelled. We’ll try again in April. In the meantime, stay healthy, ride safe.

Colorado Motorcycle Expo
Greetings Cornerstone;
The big Motorcycle Swap Meet is at the National Western this weekend. We are meeting at McCoy’s, I-70 and Federal, at 9:00 AM both Saturday and Sunday. Get there earlier if you’re planning on having breakfast. I have heard rumor that parking costs are very high. I would suggest we car pool from McCoy’s to avoid the excessive parking fees, but that’s up to each group each day. Personally, I am planning on going on Saturday.
I hope to see you there;
Mike Rosenthal
